Dear Parents,
This week, we began preparing for our upcoming PSPE unit: Expressing Ourselves Through Dance and Gymnastics. The students were introduced to basic balance exercises and have already shown impressive qualities and enthusiasm.
We also explored improvising movements to music, clapping, and other sounds. These activities have been a great source of joy, laughter, and creativity for everyone involved.
One of the most heartwarming parts of our sessions has been seeing how eager the children are to help one another. They offered kind support and encouragement whenever a classmate needed a hand, showing great teamwork and care.
We’re all looking forward to continuing this exciting journey in movement and self-expression!
