Dear Secondary families

As Ramadan comes to a close and Eid approaches, I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all our families a joyful and restful break. For those celebrating with loved ones, I hope this special time is filled with happiness, reflection, and togetherness.

When we return, we will resume our normal timetable and we have several key events to look forward to.

Grade 10 Personal Project Exhibition – Tuesday, April 8th
We are delighted to invite you to this important event from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM in the Mazoon. This event marks the culmination of months of hard work as students showcase their creative and meaningful projects. It’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate their achievements, and we encourage all parents to attend.

After-School Activities (ASAs) – New Start Date
The final round of ASAs will now begin on Sunday, April 13th and will run for seven weeks.

Three-Way Conferences – April 22nd–24th
Our Three-Way Conferences will provide an opportunity for students, parents, and teachers to reflect on progress, celebrate strengths, and set goals for the remainder of the academic year. These will take place on:
Tuesday, April 22nd & Wednesday, April 23rd – 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Thursday, April 24th – 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Sign-up sheets will be sent out after the holiday.

Progress Reports – Thursday, April 17th
Progress reports will be issued ahead of the Three-Way Conferences to support discussions around student learning and development.

Wishing you all a wonderful break, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for the exciting weeks ahead!
