Dear Primary Families,

Wow! What a way to bring the week to a close with our ABIS Talent Show. Today’s Talent Show was absolutely fantastic and was such a positive and wonderful demonstration of our students’ many qualities. Over the past few weeks, students have committed time and effort both inside and outside of school to prepare and practice for today’s show. The audience was treated to a range of performances, including singing, dancing, Rubik’s cube wizardry – and yes, a special performance by some surprise contributors!

Knowing firsthand how nerve-wracking it was to be on stage performing in front of such a large audience allows me to truly appreciate the impressive risk-taking attributes that were on display! I so enjoy seeing our students sharing their talents and passions and being able to show a side of their personality that may not be seen on a regular school day.

I hope that those of you who were able to attend enjoyed the show as much as I did. I must also mention and thank Mr. Peter, Ms. Ays, and Ms. Lloyd for their roles in making today such a special occasion. Events like today are simply not possible without the dedication of our staff.

As the end of the school year rapidly approaches, we can look forward to more assemblies and the end-of-year summer concert.

Thank you for your continued support. I wish you a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Matthew Primary Team Lead
