Dear parents,
A busy week with the student led conferences and IB Diploma Art and Music exhibition.
Thank you to all the teachers and students for their support for these two important events.
The weekend was also busy. On Friday, Nautilus Swimming Club held a swim meet at ABIS with strong attendance of swimmers and parents. Thank you to everyone involved who supported this event.
On Saturday we hosted a basketball tournament involving company employees from Sohar Aluminium, OQ, GIPI, Lei Asian Groceries and ABIS. It was a wonderful day for all involved with great games by all teams. Special thanks to Mr Michael De Maranville who organised this event.
As you know, Alpha Football Academy has been coaching football at ABIS after school for over 3 years. They are now launching professional basketball coaching at ABIS two afternoons a week. Details to come soon.
School photographs are ready and for the first time parents will also receive digital copies along with the printed photographs.
Finally, the lunch catering has proven to be successful and will continue until the end of the year.
