Wow! What an incredible adventure. Students had so many opportunities to show their Learner Profile attributes, and to develop their Approaches to Learning Skills. We encountered so many opportunities when our students showed how knowledgeable they were by answering questions, and asking some great inquiry questions. They showed that they were caring. by being kind to each other, and the people we met, and also by (mostly) listening to their teachers throughout the trip. Our huge thanks also go to Mr Matthew and Ms. Cora who accompanied us and made the trip possible.
Students really had the opportunity to develop their self-management skills by being on time and prepared throughout the trip, and also to use their thinking skills by using self control to make good choices. I’m sure everyone is in agreement that Grade 5 really rocked Muscat!
A special thank you to the students who were present at school today as expected! They are the true learners of this week. They showed self-discipline and are true examples of what it means to be a balanced student. There is a time for fun, a time for learning, and a time to sleep (which is not while everyone else is at school!).

Have a restful weekend. Best wishes, Miss Rachel & Ms. Khadija
