We are writing to inform you about the postponement of the school trips that were scheduled for this Sunday and Monday.
Due to the high possibility of rain and adverse weather conditions forecasted for Sunday and Monday, we have made the decision to postpone all trips on these days. We understand that this change will be disappointing for students and staff, and we regret this change in plans. However, the safety and well-being of our students and staff are of utmost importance to us, and we believe it is in their best interest to reschedule these outings to a later time when the weather is more favourable. Trips scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday will be assessed on Monday when the weather forecast is updated.
Rest assured that we will work towards rescheduling the postponed trips for a later date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
