Dear ABIS Parents,
We hope this email finds you well. We are pleased to share a new initiative to enhance the lunch experience for our students at ABIS. After careful consideration, we have chosen a reputable catering company (Zaeem Foods) to provide lunch services for a trial period of 4 weeks.
During this trial period, students will enjoy a selection of meals prepared by the catering company. The attached menu explains what the students will eat over the 4 weeks. This is a fixed menu and cost for the trial period.
Details of the Trial Period:
- Duration: February 4 – March 7 – 16 lunches (not including Thursdays or the February break)
- Cost: 20 Rials per student for the trial parents (1.25 rial per lunch)
- Payment: Parents are kindly requested to make the payment for the trial period in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Students will be issued with card to use when collecting their meals signifying that they have paid.
Payment Instructions:
- Please make the payment of 20 Rials for the 4 week trial period by Thursday February 1.
- Payments: Bank Muscat, Sohar Branch, Acc No. 0343050148880018 When making the payment, please put in remarks the name of your child and grade.
Parent and student survey: As we approach the conclusion of the trial period, we need to hear your feedback on the catered food services. Your insights and opinions play a vital role in our assessment of the initiative’s success and will guide informed decisions for the future.
If the trial proves successful, we plan to continue offering these lunch services. However, in the event that subscriptions do not meet the requirements of the catering company, we may need to discontinue this initiative. Your input is invaluable in shaping the path forward.
We believe that this trial will provide an excellent opportunity to assess the viability of continuing with the catering service for the long term. Your cooperation and support in this matter are greatly appreciated.
