Week 9

“Wow, it’s incredible that we’ve already reached the end of the first semester this school year, and what an amazing journey it’s been with our young students!

First and foremost, we want to convey our deep appreciation to all the parents who shared those heartwarming photos and videos of their children showcasing their creativity. Those moments were truly heart-touching and exceptionally special.

Throughout this week, our students have continued to dazzle us with their fantastic thoughts, beliefs, and questions during our thinking routines. In our math classes, we delved into the concept of ‘smaller than’ when working with numbers. We also embarked on an exciting exploration of counting to understand ‘how many?’ objects, regardless of their shapes and arrangements. We emphasized the importance of counting as a fundamental skill. Additionally, in literacy, we began introducing our young learners to some sight words such as ‘I’ and ‘am’.
