This week, G7 students explored human pyramids to gather ideas for their movement routines. The lesson started with a safety talk and a demonstration of how to perform a human pyramid in trios safely- the pyramid’s base must be strong, with the smallest team member on top. Students are constantly reminded to consider their strengths and limitations. The students then selected, from a worksheet, examples of various human pyramids to demonstrate in class. The three 21st Century skills developed through this activity are Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication.
