We are enjoying reading many stories and talking about how we make stories and the messages that they convey. Reem was very animated when she shared her story. It is an Arabic book, but she retold the story in English. We always practise learning new sight words. Here is a loop word game. We have also been practising our Three Little Pigs Story for our Grade 1 Musical Showcase. Well done Grade Ones practising and presenting this wonderful mini musical. A HUGE thank you to MR Peter for putting it all together. Thank you to the parents who were able to join us on Thursday morning. We also had a busy week working in the writing cycle of: plan, draft, edit and publish. We have published our holiday news in a newspaper. Come and read our newspaper at the Student Lead conferences next week. Moms and Dads, we look forward to sharing our learning journey with you.
