Another fun-filled week that went by super fast. We have launched our classroom economy. We are using American money with the purpose and goal to lead us into fractions and percentages. Students are very excited about their jobs and most have been very responsible and eager to complete them. Says a lot about motivation. Our UOI is going strong and students are delving into it by using a strategy called “jigsaw’. Please ask them about it. It is also very important during this unit, we keep a global perspective of tolerance and be open-minded. The plans for our field trip during Oman Week are being finalized. We ask that you please send a digital photo of your student’s passport to Ms. Zuweina or Ms. Eiman to help with a smooth check-in process.
