Dear all,
I am very pleased to announce that today we were able to send home confirmation of our planned camping trips in January for Grades 7-10. Please take time to look at this information with your child. It is our intention that all students will attend. Our Grade 11 and 12 students will be receiving confirmation letters next week.
It has been wonderful to see so many of our parents back on campus discussing their child’s progress with their teachers this week. I hope that you were able to take away valuable information. Our next communications about learning will be through report cards at the end of Semester One. As always, please feel free to contact your child’s teachers, or me, if you have any questions about their learning.
We also had a wonderful display of Omani pride today! Students and teachers dressed to celebrate the 52nd National Day of Oman, which occurs tomorrow. There were some beautiful traditional outfits worn, as well as some very colourful red, white and green clothing and accessories. Some of our secondary students also treated us to a traditional dance!
Next week After School Activities will return to their normal schedule. Please keep in mind that the holiday for National Day will be on Wednesday, November 30 and Thursday, December 1. We wish you and your family an enjoyable long weekend together.
