Greetings-
Once again we have had a very busy week. I would first like to thank all the parents who came out for Parent Night. It was a pleasure meeting ya’ll and I look forward to working with you. Second, swimming starts next week. Please refer to the schedule I sent out yesterday, Wednesday.
The kids have been working hard and having fun. We started our inquiry into the Key Concepts. Please ask your student about these. So far we have investigated FORM and FUNCTION. Our example was a screw driver.
We are also working on asking questions and answering them with a reason and proof. We played a game called MINGO to help us with this. We also got to discover fun things about our friends.
The ground work for our UOI is being laid. We read two beautiful books which gave examples of admirable character traits. Again, please ask your student about this.
