We are properly into the hot summer weather and yet a few brave students still slip out for 10 minutes a day just to have a quick run about. Most, of course, remain inside to enjoy the cool AC. Secondary students in LC2 have returned to eating lunches in the atrium which allows G8-11 to socialize; they certainly seem to be enjoying themselves; we will see if the teachers enjoy listening to the noise as much as the student enjoy making it.
With only two weeks left, students should be bringing all work home that they no longer need at school. They also need to bring any textbooks from home bak to school. Advisors will be sharing the list of books checked out to students on Sunday. Please help encourage your child to return all materials to ensure that they do not return next year with a fine for replacing books.
On Wednesday, June 22, we will be hosting a secondary awards assembly at 12:00. All parents are invited to attend. Students will be dismissed at 1:00.
