On Tuesday 7 December at 5:30, Grade 10 parents are invited to join Mr. Michael for a discussion of the IB Diploma Programme and the timeline for making course selections from Grade 11. Please plan to attend this important event to support your child.
Grade 10 students exhibited their Personal Projects today. Projects included developing skills on piano and guitar, building stamina and technique with boxing, creating digital art and curating traditional recipes from Portugal. Students from grades 6-12 came to see their presentations and provide feedback to support the final reflection fro the grade 10s. Thank you to Ms. Rehil for organizing and supporting the kids.
Thank you to the parents and students who spoke during the CIS accreditation visit. This visit is the start of a year-long process of evaluating our school and looking forward to improvement and growth opportunities for ABIS. We value the input of those who have already participated and look forward to getting more input in the coming year from the broader community.
On the last day of the school year, Thursday 16 December, students are encouraged to celebrate the start of the holiday with a Pajama inspired free-dress day! All students are encouraged to bring a stuffed animal, pillow or blanket. More details to be posted at school from Student Council.
