Thank you to the families able to attend the Parent Information Evening online sessions on Tuesday. It is always good to see your faces and let you see ours. Many good questions were raised and provide good topics for focus sessions.
We have had a few parent sessions this week with parents on campus. What a great improvement over last year! If you do wish to come to the school to meet face to face, please make an appointment for after school and plan to show evidence of double vaccination at the entrance gate. Email and phone remain great communication options as well.
While many student love to run about outside, even in our current weather, we have heard many parents requesting to keep children indoors during lunch until the weather cools (see Mr Robeau’s message). We will still encourage students to socialize outside for fresh air during morning break, and children should bring hats and water bottles for these times and for PE. However, at lunch, we will shift supervision inside which will be more pleasant for everyone until the temperature drops in a few weeks.
