Hello to students, parents, and staff, both returning and new! For those of you who will be joining my class for the first time, my name is Erin Rehil and I teach visual art for the MYP and DP. Students in grades 9 and 10 will also work closely with me in my role as the personal project coordinator.
To share a few things about myself, I am from the USA and am a painter and art educator with an illustration background. Before moving to Oman, I spent seven years in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and my husband and his family are from Hong Kong as well. Our son, Tristan, is in K2 at ABIS. I am passionate about lots of things including cooking and eating, interior design, PC gaming, curriculum design, travel and cultural exchanges, and anything to do with plants and animals. I spent the summer in my beautiful home state of Michigan and hope that all of you were able to enjoy some time relaxing and recharging as well.
