• For the past few weeks, we have been working on different fitness videos in our PE classes. We have done different types of videos: Cardio, Strength, Core/Abs, Yoga Meditation, Total body, Flexibility, and Bodyweight.  The students then worked on making a fitness video featuring themselves. It needed to be a 2 to a 3-minute video showing themselves teaching a fitness routine.   I have added a couple of the videos below.  You should ask your student to share theirs with you.
