Dear parents,
The week has gone well in classes with all teachers and students engaged in their learning. I have been hearing good accounts of student enthusiasm which is wonderful!
Unfortunately, after having no Covid-19 in our teacher and student body, this week we have had 3 cases, first a student then 2 teachers testing positive for Covid-19. We are following all our safety and health protocols and teachers will be teaching online from home next week until further notice. Classes will continue as normal online.
This is a sober reminder to follow all safety and health protocols including physical distancing, wear a mask and use hand soap/sanitizer regularly. I do hope everyone is staying safe and taking all necessary precautions.
