Dear parents,

We have just completed a highly successful Oman week. All grades engaged in activities which saw them out and about around the school campus, enjoying and having fun with their peers. A very big thanks to all our teachers who worked hard in both preparation and execution of their grade activities.

The grade 10 and 12 students this week completed their mock examinations, and by all accounts were focused and engaged. They demonstrated determination and commitment which highlighted just how impressive our students are.

The recent rulings from the Supreme Committee on new actions being taken in Oman to curb the spread of Covid-19 reminds us all that we must continue to pay attention to our safety and health.

A reminder that until the government institutional health isolation begins (per the new regulations), if a family member comes from overseas, s/he must self-isolate for 7 days. If the returning person cannot self-isolate, the members of the household in which the person is staying must also stay in quarantine for the same period. Please do keep the school informed of any travel in your family. Your support is important and we are grateful for it.

The Spring Break is not far away. The break begins on Friday 26 February and students come back to school on Monday, 8th March (Staff PD day, on Sunday 7th March).

If you wish to discuss your child’s Semester One report with teachers, please do contact them. They are happy to discuss your child’s academic progress, share their understanding and provide support.

Have a wonderful weekend!
