Hi everyone,
This week we have been knowledgeable and creative learners by connecting our Unit and Mathematics inquiries to calculate and create scale models of our solar system – either the distance of the planets from the Sun or the the diameters of each planet.
We have started our personal inquires into an aspect of astronomy that really interests us. In Mathematics we have started our inquiry into angles and the relationship between them and how they are used in the real world. In English we are building our skills of hooking the reader and writing descriptive settings. We even designed our own checklist to help us receive feedback from our peers and improve the overall quality.
Next week we are very excited to be celebrating Oman week.
