Dear parents, I would like to start by sharing a poem we have written as a class inspired by Sultan Qaboos. The poem was written in connection with our work on autobiographies and biographies. It is important for you to see the thought process behind writing the poem. This started with the students thinking of as many words as possible to describe Sultan Qaboos. Here are their ideas.

The students’ ideas.
The words were then used to write the poem.

The poem was titled ‘Two word biography-Sultan Qaboos’ because each line of the poem is two words, starting with Sultan Qaboos and ending with His Majesty. I hope you enjoy reading the poem as much as we had writing it.
