The students in Grade 3 deserve to feel very proud of themselves after their first full week of online learning. We have found strategies to help us become punctual at returning from breaks on time and have become very slick at moving from class to class online.
We have each created a hand artwork to contribute to our class agreement poster. The hand reminds us that in Grade 3 we aim to Respect ourselves, others and our learning environment.
We are learning about Biographies and have read a biography of Dr Seuss. We loved hearing that if he was stuck for an idea in his writing or illustrations he would sometimes put on a wacky hat! ?
As part of our How We Express Ourselves inquiry we wrote a list of adjectives to describe ourselves, and we are in the process of turning this into an artwork. Having to write in capital letters was a challenge. (A big thank you to the Mum’s and Dad’s who helped out by supplying photos of our students as they worked.)
In Arabic with Ms Eiman we have been practising writing our name in Arabic.
