After a wonderful, if short, holiday in Al Ashkharah I am back in Sohar and getting ready to start the school year. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone and starting our learning experiences.
During the summer break I was lucky to be given mangoes. When someone gives you mangoes…..make mango chutney and jam. We are enjoying the chutney on cheese and the jam on our morning toast.
