As we wrap up the school year, we need to collect any resources that your child(ren) has been using at home. We will be coordinating the collection for Tuesday and Wednesday (June 16 and 17) with several times to choose from.
Resources to return to the school include the following:
- For any leaving students (not returning in August): iPads… please follow instructions directly sent to you today morning, from Mr Atul.
- For PYP students: any library books that you still have at home
- For all band students with a school instrument (first year band students): we will clean and service all instruments
- For Grades 7-10 students: all textbooks
We ask that you use this survey to select a date and time to drop–off your resources. If your child is returning a school instrument, please choose a time when Mr. McBirnie is available to inspect the instrument.
To ensure an efficient and safe drop–off, please collect all items for your child into a grocery bag marked with their name and grade on it. If you have more than one child, please put their items in separate bags, each labeled with name and grade. When you arrive, please stay in your car until we are able to help you unload. This should help minimize any physical contact during the delivery.
If your child has left any personal items in their trolley (G7-8) or their desk (G9-11), these items will be bagged and available to collect at the same time as your delivery.
Reminder :
