Our Grade 3s sat their first ISA tests this week. They were tested on Mathematical Literacy, Reading and Writing. It took a lot of concentration because all of the questions were in English.

We tried to think of the questions as puzzles to solve.

Our students coped very well but were happy to finish the last one.

Today it was a pleasure to have an Assembly with the whole school. We have missed the weekly gatherings.

It was wonderful to see students of all ages demonstrating a proverb in their mother tongue. Some made us laugh, others were similar to ones we already knew. There was a great sense of community and support for our peers in this special Assembly. The final presentation was in honor of the late Sultan Qaboos. We have a great deal to be thankful for.
