Isn’t it nice to enjoy the cooler weather in the morning and in the evenings. Our students are enjoying the outdoor play areas before and after school and it is nice to see them making the most of these opportunities during the school day.

This week I enjoyed learning about habitats in KG3 … the students shared with me the things necessary to define a habitat either for people or for an animal of their choice.

The second round of ASA’s are off to great start with both of our cooking clubs full. Please inform us if your child no longer wishes to attend an ASA so we can make changes to our attendance list.

Upcoming Events:

Monday 3rd Feb: Mother Tongue Monday where we will be working on proverbs from each country and translating them into English. We will present at International Mother Tongue Day Assembly on Thursday 20th Feb, before the February break.

The Dubai Literature festival is being held in Dubai from Tuesday 4th-Sunday 8th. We won’t be sending any students this year due to the fact it is backed onto our Oman Week but please consider taking your children if they are avid readers.
