What a week. It is fair to say that the teachers are very disappointed to have missed their Three Way Conferences with you and are frustrated with the disconnected learning that is happening as a result of all of the missed days and holidays. I am sure the climate change is really having an effect on us here in Oman. There has been so much rain recently I guess we will see even more green grass cropping up around the area!

Last Thursday teachers spent Thursday afternoon engaged in Fire Extinguisher training. The workshop was followed by practical experience in the dead land.

We celebrated National Day on Monday 18th. It was great to see so much colour around the school. We were treated to a short presentation from senior primary students before enjoying Omani treats prepared for us by members of the community. Thanks to everyone involved.

It was disappointing to miss our Three Way Conferences with you all this week. Wednesday’s Meetings will be held on Sunday. Please make sure you inform the teacher if you are not able to make this change. Thursday’s Three Way Conferences will now be held on Monday 2nd December. We will send the link again when the system is ready for rebooking. You can also see if there are spaces on Sunday if you prefer.

Today teachers made the most of the day and met at school to continue to build on curriculum documentation and planning for upcoming events including Oman Week.
