Well, there is a reason why we ate them! It was to facilitate our learning! Miss Ancilla wanted us to understand that when we count backwards from 10, the number is getting less. She also wants us to know how important counting accurately is! And because we were counting backwards, we thought of rockets and found these shape rockets. We chose which type of shape rocket we wanted to make and then we made a graph so that Miss Ancilla knew how many of each type of rocket to make. We also drew the shapes outside with chalk and played the ” Shape Game”. We found may shapes around us in the environment. We are being observant inquirers.
