For their current unit of inquiry, grade fours worked in groups of three to research and identify the form and function of an energy source. Then they presented their findings to their classmates. It was impressive to hear grade fours explain how geothermal, hydro, biomass, wind, fossil fuel, solar, and nuclear energy sources produce electricity. In addition, they created a unique diagram of their energy source.
