The storm that has been on its way from Iran may be arriving in Sohar in the next few hours. We have checked the forecast and there is currently a 50% chance of rain at 6:00 to 7:00 am tomorrow and, after that, only 20 % chance of rain. The highest chance of rain is this evening.
We will assume that school will be OPEN tomorrow and we will reassess tomorrow at 5:30 AM tomorrow. As always, if we need to close school we will announce by SMS and newsflash. If nothing is sent, please assume school is open.
If the roads are wet or it is windy, please drive carefully making sure that all passengers are wearing seatbelts. As always, parents are encouraged to prioritize safety.
