This was the last week of making the honeycomb, “Hokey Pokey” (as us New Zealanders call it!). We had to follow the instructions of the recipe and measure the ingredients accurately. We looked at how the ingredients mixed and changed from a solid to a liquid. We continued sharing about what makes us feel excited and scared. We visited the ECC Art Exhibition. We could see different colours and shapes and think about how the different pieces of Art made us feel. It was interesting to look at the colours we chose as we organised the data on a graph. We also chose which cone super hero we would make so that Miss Ancilla could print them. It was exciting to make a cube and a cylinder. The ice-cream cones were the best 3D shapes! We also counted our Oman trip money in 10’s.
