Last Thursday, the 17th of January, the ABIS staff spent an entire afternoon of self- study looking at the seven domains in the Ministry of Education Private Schools’ Rating Tool.
The staff were divided into committees and worked in each domain: vision and mission, school environment, teaching and learning, health and safety, values and citizenship, community engagement and financial resources. Each committee reviewed the evidence that the school had gathered, and determined the appropriate rating.
