In Grade 2 we began a new Unit of Inquiry on Weather this week. We are learning about the seasons and why they are different in different parts of the world. We are beginning to look at weather forecasts, observe and describe the weather and measure temperature.
We worked cooperatively to interpret the weather in photographs and describe the conditions, effects and pose questions. Each student took a turn at presenting their group’s information.
We are hoping we’ll see some different weather in Sohar during this UoI.
