Grade 5s are back in class and ready to learn! We have been practicing division in Math, and discovering the magic of Poetry for our new unit of inquiry, How We Express Ourselves. Students have already written some short poems, and we will practice learning different forms and how they reveal feelings and thoughts as the unit goes on.
