Over the past month grade 11 have been investigating artists who create portraits, they have been exploring different techniques of applying paint , initially acrylic paints and have recently moved onto oil paints. However it doesn’t stop there – to give out students some freedom away from shop bought canvasses grade 11 girls have been getting to strong grips stretching their own canvass on which they will create self portraits.
