Mr Tomalin told Grade 2 the history of the wishing tree this week and we were excited to find out that there was going to be a seat built below the wishing tree. We are now ready to write some wishes to hang on the tree. It was interesting to learn why the tree is planted lower than the ground level.
You can imagine our excitement to discover the next day that the seat was built and ready to use! We tried it out and found that it is lovely and cool down there!
We find plenty of fun things to do during lunchtime around the school. The maze has grown to be a great place for playing tag.
