As part of our Unit of Inquiry into how and why people work together, our homework this week was to interview our parents about their work. We are wanting to find out about the skills people need to be successful in their work. We really enjoyed asking the questions and were excited discussing some of the information we gathered.
We also interviewed a couple of ABIS staff members. Ms Denise told us about the work she does as a Learning Support Teacher.
And Ms Ruqaiya told us about what she does as the Accounts Administrator at ABIS.
Next week we will collate the information from our interviews and then put our findings into practice by working together to achieve a goal.
On Wednesday we had a fabulous shared lunch together to celebrate our learning this year. It was lovely to have some of our parents and teachers join us for this.
