We would like to thank all students who presented at last night’s student-led conferences in front of their parents and teachers. Most of the students showed maturity in their thoughts and emotions as they talked about their academic successes and challenges, their involvement in extracurricular activities and events, and their goals for moving forward.
Presentations were varied in terms of content as well as language as some students opted to speak in their mother tongues.
Students and parents who were unable to make it in last night’s sessions are encouraged to contact the advisors in order to book an appointment as soon as possible. Having students engaged in this type of presentation helps develop the ability to take an active role in their learning.
