Last Sunday, the 4th of March, Gr 7 Hassan and Orjuwan, and Gr 8 Greta and Abdallah travelled to Muscat to participate in the Ministry of Education’s competition for private schools. It was the first time for our school to join such competition. They got the opportunity to test their knowledge on Arabic, science, English and math. Our fearless middle schoolers put up a good fight but lost by a point. Overall, it was a very good experience and they demonstrated the IB Learner Profile of being risk-takers by approaching uncertainty with forethought and determination.
