On Wednesday we had wonderful weather for our house picnic. Students dressed in house colors and sat in groups to enjoy their food.
This week the students worked to produce maps with Cartesian co-ordinates so they could give instructions and directions using these co-ordinates. I was very impressed with how creative the students were and the amount of detail they included. Below is the planning stage.
