Our week has been filled with lots of fun book related activities. We have had a mystery reader read to us for a few days.
There were various activities to do in the library. Making things with the modelling clay was especially popular.
We read a selection of nursery rhymes and fairy tales in preparation for the Grade 2 and 3 Book Quiz on Wednesday. When it came to the quiz we were excited to be able to help our teams out with the answers.
We listened to stories read in many of our mother tongues. It was very special having Mums come and read to us.
On Thursday morning we gathered in the gym to parade in our book character costumes. There was such a variety of characters and costumes. What a week!
