8th Grade students have been studying the Enlightenment. So to cap off their experience they participated in an “Enlightenment Salon”, where they role-played famous enlightenment thinkers and discussed big concepts such as what is the perfect form of government, and women’s rights. They only had an hour, but it gave them a chance to partake in the types of discussions that sparked Revolutions.
