This year will certainly be the busiest year in the history of ABIS with so much happening it is difficult to keep up! Because of this, we decided to share this update with you halp you understand our plans and progress.
Over the last months the school has achieved much. First and foremost, the accreditation of ABIS by CIS was a huge achievement and the proof that your loyalty and trust is deserved! Added to this we have formalised the joint ownership of the school with 50% being owned by Sohar Aluminium and 50% Orpic. An important step in securing the very best future for the school. We opened the LC1 and launched the Global Section just a few months ago and we are incredibly proud to have made these changes smoothly and seamlessly.
Going forwards, the next few months will see more construction and development that will lead to us opening a wonderful campus in August. The development creates wonderful opportunities for all of our children but it is not without sadness. We will be demolishing the old SLS and closing the swimming pool in a couple of weeks (the reason why we have moved the Swim Gala) to continue the building work.
