This week has been busy.

Primary School: Our dances for the coming March show are well underway with grade two nearly completing theirs! Well done grade two for your great listening skills and willingness to work hard on learning the choreography! The other classes are at various stages of completion, with the children demonstrating a great deal of enjoyment of the different kinds of music and steps they are experiencing. I am starting to talk clothing with your children so do not be surprised if they come home talking about it – but please, watch this space for the coming information on it – it is the most accurate you will have!

Secondary School: Their dances are also showing development with some interesting pieces of choreography. Several groups are really investigating the internet and as a result you can see a number of steps very specific to the culture they have chosen. It is pleasing to see students really get into this challenge and view it as the opportunity it is.

IGCSE students are working on the choreography for the Cabaret and working hard. Lunch times and after school has been devoted to working on the dance piece and the students are definitely challenged. I encourage families to come and see them perform.
