This week was all about Finding Out! Last week we wrote down some weather words and on Tuesday we tried to sort our weather words in to different weather categories. We then watched some weather reports to see what kinds of weather is reported. We discovered that the weather people report the temperature, the humidity, the wind, the precipitation, the air pressure and clouds. We then watched youtube videos about each component of weather. We listened carefully to the videos and made some notes on a KWL chart about what we learned. We learned lots! We are very excited to start measuring weather later next week.
