Our Oman week trip ties in very well with our current unit of inquiry that looks at explorers and exploration. One of the things I will be encouraging the children to find out during our museum visits is if evidence exists to prove that Sindbad the Sailor was indeed from Sohar. Rumors persist but is there any evidence?
