We have had a lovely start to 2014 in K2 , the children have settled back into the routines of school quickly and are working hard. The photos below are a little taste of what has been happening this week.
We are continuing with our unit of Inquiry ” Pass it On!” and are now moving on to think about special occasions for our families.
We are asking the children to bring in a photograph or an artefact and talk to us about how you as a family celebrate your special days. This could be about any of the special events the children listed below or another special day
A birthday
Eid or Christmas
A new baby celebration
Starting school
A family wedding
A new house
A success e.g. passing an exam/ graduation
It would be wonderful if the children could share their stories/ photos at the end of next week (23rd January).
