This week secondary students have been looking at their frontcrawl and breastroke techniques. Each student has been videoed in both strokes and is taking note of their strengths and weaknesses in each one. Primary students have also been working on their techniques in frontcrawl and breastroke. Over the next few weeks students will be working on butterfly and backstroke and taking their first timings of the 2013 – 2014 school year.
These times will be important because ABIS has its first swimming meet coming up on the 28th of October at TAISM in Muscat.
