Grade Four are hard at work creating their community. To do this, they had to work together, assign and share roles, negotiate, organise, agree and communicate. They demonstrated kinesthetic, visual and auditory learning styles and mixes thereof; in keeping with what we have been discussing during our Brain UOI. From this, two levels of community are in the process of being developed – not only the physical three dimensional art piece, but their own community as learners is enhanced, deepened and firmly established.
